Privacy Policy
Current application-controlled data practices for WorldSale Finder.

Scope and status
This notice describes the application-controlled practices currently visible in WorldSale Finder. LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED remains before this page can be certified as the owner-approved App Store Privacy Policy.
Information you provide
Account and authentication information; profile and business details; sales, listings and inventory; messages, posts, comments, reviews and Reels; photos and video; support requests; safety reports; and information supplied for local transactions or services.
Location
Location is used only through user-initiated nearby, map or creative actions. Users can search manually without granting device location. Public marketplace projections and stored Reel coordinates use approximate locations; protected source records may contain more precise listing or business location data.
Device and network information
The service processes session identifiers, device class, browser/app state, connectivity, security signals and privacy-preserving support rate-limit fingerprints. Native push is not enabled in this release.
How information is used
To authenticate users; operate discovery, listings, messaging, community, businesses and services; personalize only when enabled; protect users; moderate content; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; maintain security; and satisfy valid legal obligations.
Advertising and WorldSale Ads
WorldSale Finder displays eligible ads supplied by the separate WorldSale Ads control plane. Finder cannot create, approve, budget or bill campaigns. Canonical delivery/interaction events require server-issued evidence and may include session/device context, approximate delivery context and a consent-gated Finder user identifier. The final App Tracking Transparency classification is NOT_VERIFIED and requires owner/legal confirmation of the legal-entity, processor and cross-context data relationship.
Analytics and AI
Optional analytics and personalization default off. AI-assisted features run only where implemented and may process content the user submits for that feature. WorldSale does not claim that all data is de-identified, and no sale of personal data is represented by this notice.
Service providers
Current application infrastructure includes Base44 for hosting, authentication, database, files, functions, email and built-in integrations; Google for optional sign-in, places/geocoding and user-initiated map destinations; Cloudinary for configured media processing; and WorldSale Ads for sponsored delivery and measurement. Contract, region and subprocessor confirmations remain OWNER_INPUT_REQUIRED or LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED.
Sharing
Information is shared with service providers as needed to operate the requested feature, with other users when content is intentionally published or a message is sent, and when required for safety or valid legal process. Private support cases, deletion challenges, exact source location and moderation records are not public.
Retention
Retention varies by record and purpose. Some optional activity categories have configured deletion schedules, but configured does not mean enforced until production run evidence exists. Users can delete supported saved data and request account deletion. Security, moderation, dispute, transaction or legal records may be retained only where the implemented plan and applicable obligations require it; final legal periods are not asserted here.
Choices and rights
Privacy Choices links to available consent, location, export, correction-support and deletion controls. Rights depend on applicable law; the support request flow can be used when self-service is unavailable. Optional consent can be changed in-app.
Account deletion
Deletion is available in-app and requires a server-issued, expiring email challenge. The deletion flow explains affected content, owned businesses and any disclosed retained categories before confirmation.
Security
WorldSale Finder uses authentication, row-level authorization, server-controlled sensitive writes, moderation gates, limited public projections and signed/private media patterns. No service can guarantee absolute security; suspected compromise should be reported through Support.
Children and age treatment
The final minimum-age and children’s privacy position is LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED. Sensitive marketplace publishing remains subject to server eligibility controls while owner/legal policy is unresolved.
International processing
Providers may process information where they operate. Specific regions, transfer mechanisms and contract conclusions have not been owner-verified and remain LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED.
