Document status
These terms are an application-aligned draft and are not certified as owner-approved legal terms. LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED applies before App Store submission. Legal entity, governing law, venue, arbitration and address are OWNER_INPUT_REQUIRED.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and comply with applicable law. The owner must approve the final age eligibility rule. Accounts may not impersonate others or evade safety restrictions.
Marketplace role
WorldSale Finder helps people discover local sales, goods, businesses and services. Unless a specific screen says otherwise, WorldSale Finder is not the buyer, seller, delivery provider, payment processor or guarantor of a real-world transaction.
Sellers and publishers
Publish only truthful, lawful content you are authorized to share. Keep dates, availability, location, price and condition accurate; protect personal information; and close or update unavailable listings. Publication remains subject to eligibility and moderation.
Buyers and visitors
Inspect goods and counterparties, use safe meeting practices, confirm terms directly, and do not send credentials or funds based only on a listing. Users are responsible for decisions made in external or real-world transactions.
User content and licence
Users retain rights they hold in submitted content. A final owner-approved licence grant is LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED. At minimum, users must authorize the technical hosting, processing and display needed to operate features they choose to use.
Prohibited conduct and content
No fraud, scams, illegal or dangerous items, exploitation, harassment, hate, impersonation, privacy violations, spam, malware, rights infringement, deceptive listings, unauthorized scraping or attempts to bypass security, moderation or access controls.
Location and communications
Location information may be approximate and must not be used to infer an exact private residence. Use messages and comments lawfully and respectfully. WorldSale Finder is not an emergency service.
Businesses and services
Business and service information may come from owners, users or reviewed sources. Imported records remain quarantined until applicable verification, rights and display gates pass. Users should independently verify claims before acting.
Reporting, moderation and enforcement
Users can report supported content and block users through available controls. WorldSale Finder may review, restrict, reject, remove or preserve content and may suspend access to protect users or comply with valid obligations. Final appeal and enforcement language requires legal approval.
Account suspension and deletion
Users can delete their account through the in-app server-verified process. Some records may be retained where the implemented deletion plan and valid legal or safety obligations require it. WorldSale Finder may suspend accounts for material safety, security or policy violations.
Intellectual property
Do not upload content or branding you lack rights to use. WorldSale Finder names, software and design remain subject to their actual owner rights. Copyright-agent identity and formal notice procedure are OWNER_INPUT_REQUIRED.
Advertising
Eligible ads displayed in Finder are supplied by WorldSale Ads. Campaign creation, targeting, advertiser billing and advertiser administration belong to WorldSale Ads, not Finder support. Sponsored placement does not remove the user’s responsibility to evaluate a listing or business.
Disclaimers and liability
Marketplace content is user- or business-provided and may be inaccurate, unavailable or unsafe. Any warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity, jurisdiction, dispute resolution or consumer-law wording is LEGAL_APPROVAL_REQUIRED and is not fabricated in this draft.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy describes current data practices. Material changes should be dated and communicated appropriately. Use Support for product, safety, privacy or account help; legal contact details remain OWNER_INPUT_REQUIRED until published by the owner.
